Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a result-oriented and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.

• Pitch company services to potential clients and schedule strategic meetings.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative growth strategies.

• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 4 years in Business Development or Sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-growth team.

• Location: Onsite – Lucknow.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed Weekend Off).
